Day 1: Arrive in Johannesburg South Africa
Welcome to the economic heart of South Africa, the beating urban heart – Johannesburg. After your flight to the City of Gold, you will be transported to your accommodation for the evening.
Enjoy the rest of the afternoon relaxing and sipping on a glass of South Africa’s famous wine around the crystal swimming pool or wandering around the lush gardens on site.
Day 2 – 4: Safari
After Breakfast, you will have a transfer to the airport and catch a flight to Skukuza Airport, which is a short safari drive from your lodge in the Sabi Sands, for the next 3 nights. Your Ranger will collect you at the airport and take you to the lodge. You will arrive in time for high Tea or lunch, depending on your chosen flight. before embarking on your first Afternoon Safari. On your return, you will have a scrumptious dinner and an early night.
Day 5 – 6: Victoria Falls
After your final safari in the Sabi Sands and breakfast you will be transferred to the Airport for a direct flight to Victoria Falls it will be a +- 2 hour drive Alternatively, have a short charter flight from Sabi Sabi to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport. Upon arrival in Zimbabwe, you will be met by your hotel representative for your transfer to your accommodation for the next two evenings, Mbano Manor Hotel.
TOUR OF VICTORIA FALLS AND SUNSET CRUISE
A highlight of any visit is a trip to the iconic Victoria Falls! Enjoy our specially crafted walking tour of the world-famous falls, first described by explorer David Livingstone and known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya, or “the Smoke that Thunders”. The falls make a constant roar and are accompanied by a cloud of brilliant spray where the mile-wide Upper Zambezi falls 300 feet into the Lower Zambezi.
If you are brave enough, why not try an (optional) bungee jump off the Victoria Falls Bridge? The bridge spans the Zambezi between Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Day 7 – 9: Botswana, Chobe Marina Lodge
After breakfast you will have a private transfer across the border from Victoria Falls into Botswana and to Chobe Marina lodge
On arrival at the lodge, guests will be able to check in whilst enjoying a delicious welcome drink and depending on time of arrival, lunch will be served until 14h00. Guests will be at leisure and then meet at the reception around 15h00 for an afternoon activity starting at 15h30 (either a game drive or boat cruise). Guests will arrive back at the lodge around 18h30, freshen up and then come through for dinner.
Days 2 and 3, Guests have to be by the reception area at 05h45, tea/ coffee and muffins will be served before the morning activity that starts at 06h00 to 09h00. After the morning activity, guests can enjoy breakfast, and is served until 10h00. Lunch will be served until 14h00. Guests will be at leisure and then meet at the reception around 15h00 for an afternoon activity starting at 15h30 (either a game drive or boat cruise). Guests will arrive back at the lodge around 18h30, freshen up before heading for dinner.
Overnight : Chobe Marina Lodge
Days 10-12 Okavango Delta
After breakfast, you will have a private transfer from Chobe Marina Lodge to Kasane International Airport, and you will catch a charter flight to Kadizora Camp.
On arrival at the lodge, guests will be able to check in whilst enjoying a delicious welcome drink. Depending on the time of arrival, lunch is at 12h30. Guests will then be at leisure until high tea at 15h30, followed by either a game drive, mokoro or boat cruise activity at 16h30. On arrival back at camp between 18h00 and 19h00, guests will have a chance to freshen up before dinner, which is from 19h30.
Days 11 and 12: At 06h00, guests depart for a game drive. Breakfast is served at 07h30 for guests wanting to do the mokoro or boat cruise. At 08h00 guests will leave camp for their activity. At 09h00 guests on the game drive enjoy a bush breakfast. The water activity guests return to camp
at about 09h30. Guests on game drive return at about 11h00. Lunch is served from 12h30 and the previous day’s itinerary follows.
Overnight : Kadizora Camp
Day 13: Home
Check out after the game drive. NOTE – Guests requiring an early departure may be required to miss morning activity on day of
departure. Guests will then be game drive transferred to Kadizora Airstrip for a charter flight to Maun Airport before connecting to Johannesburg and back home.
