Imagine having a close friend in South Africa who plans your trip and personally takes your family around to see the sights. That is what it is like working with Val. I got to know him on business trips, and this time my family came along. As I had to work for several days, I would have been nervous having a stranger take around my wife and kids. We connected with Valentino after reading other reviews on TripAdvisor. He did not disappoint. We wanted a South African experience that was about politics and history as much as about scenery and animals, and Valentino designed multiple tours for us that met our desires. He picked us up at airports, helped with our luggage, and even arranged for (and pushed) wheelchairs for my husband. By the end of our trip, he felt like a family member.
