DAY 1 : ARRIVE IN JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA
Welcome to the economic heart of South Africa, the beating urban heart – Johannesburg. After your flight to the City of Gold, you will be transported to your accommodation for the evening, the luxurious Westcliff Four Seasons hotel. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon relaxing and sipping on a glass of South Africa’s famous wine around the crystal swimming pool or wandering around the one-acre lush gardens on site. DAY 2-4 : TRANSFER TO SABI SANDS PRIVATE GAME RESERVE PARK
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your short scheduled flight to arrive at South Africas oldest private Game Reserves- Sabi Sands. A hotel representative will meet you at the airstrip and there will be a short road transfer before arriving at your accommodation for the next 3 evenings- Singita Boulders Lodge. The accommodation includes twice-daily open Land Rover Safaris and/or a walking safari- the choice is yours. Spend the next few days exploring the reserve in search of the Big 5. Additional activities include: Spa treatments and canine unit experience. Overnight: Singita Boulders Lodge
DAY 5-7 : TRANSFER TO MOZAMBIQUE
After your morning activities, you will board your flight towards Johannesburg. Once in Johannesburg, your afternoon flight to Pemba in Mozambique is scheduled. Once in Pemba, you will be met by a hotel representative who will guide you towards your short helicopter flight to access Quilalea Island. The helicopter flight takes about 25 minutes. After your flight, you will arrive at one of Mozambique’s hidden gems- a wholly uninhabited island paradise surrounded by the pristine waters of the Quirimbas Archipelago marine sanctuary. Explore this untouched paradise island over the next 3 days. On one of the afternoons, a private beach dinner has been arranged for you. Overnight: Azura Quilalea Private Island
DAY 8 : TRANSFER TO JOHANNESBURG
After your morning activities, you will board the quick helicopter flight towards Pemba before boarding your scheduled flight back to Johannesburg. Once in Johannesburg, you can board your final flight for your journey back home.
